The original color extraction and analysis technology
Through the special micro color extraction of the shot image, in
accordance with the standard template set special micro color
surface specific gravity ratio, image analysis and processing, so
as to more accurately extract the need to detect the content,
detection accuracy is high. The regional application of multi-mark
and multi-board can better adapt to the testing requirements of
products and has higher applicability.
Intelligent tin bead detection algorithm
Through the analysis and operation of the color, brightness and the
shape and color characteristics of the tin beads on the substrate,
the tin beads on the substrate can be detected and analyzed. The
tin beads on the individual components can be detected, and the tin
beads on the whole plate can also be detected by the overall
picture frame of the substrate.
Single box multiple algorithms
